Q 1. Going to Brahmakumaris will disturb our routine life. Its rules like  wearing white dress  or waking up at 4 am or various other rules are not practical things.

Ans.  It can be explained with the help of following example

In math’s subject we do simple calculation like addition, subtraction, division multiplication etc  in beginning then at second level we solve mathematical equations, trigonometry etc And at higher level we have different theorems in details, high level of integration, differentiation etc. 

Now we can not say that math’s has so many  tough rules of differentiation, integration etc. So we should not study math’s . This is because these tough rules are of 3^rd  level. , which is not required in every day life, by a normal person. But the logics of first level like addition, subtraction etc are required in everyday life for buying bread , butter, vegetables etc. SO a person must study the first level atleast  , so that he does not face any problems in his routine life transactions of sale / purchase etc.

Similarly the study of Brahmakumaris can be divided into 3 stages.

 Ist Beginners level

2^nd Middle level.

3^rd Final or  Highest level

The syllabus of this university and the benefits from  each level  can be divided as follows

NOTE.  Above % represents  the  % of  peace , happiness, satisfaction, contentment etc in  our everyday life or we can say this % as the % of  Reduction in anger, stress, depression, irritation, discontentment, negative thoughts etc )

So we can see that as level increases , we have to go in more detail . SO the rules also increase as we go deep inside the benefits of following such rules.

Bur directly jumping to 3^rd level is not possible. Things have to be done in proper sequence.  And even if you don’t want 100 % score then u can remain at 2^nd level with score of 90%. And even if 2^nd level is not possible to achieve , then you can remain at 1^st level only. Still you will be getting 70 % score.

Leaving 70 % score  just by seeing the rules of 100% score is not a wise decision.

Q Another doubt is why white dress only and that too all students wear the same dress.

Ans. This is because white color represents peace. So white color and all students wear the same white dress to remove any inferiority complex among low income level students.

Normally if some students are wearing designer suits and some wearing normal dress, then there are chances of disturbances in mind of students from low income level. So for regular students we have this rule that all students from any class , should wear same dress. (though it is not any compulsion). Just like we have dress in school , similarly even this is a school of godly knowledge.  

Q Why this rule of waking up at 4 am in morning.

Ans. This is because all  human beings give some vibrations  except when  they are sleeping.  But at 4 am normally most of the people are sleeping. So the amount of any vibrations  of human beings  is very less at 4 am. So this time helps in doing better meditation without any disturbance.  ( of human vibrations ). Though it is not any compulsion for beginer.

Q Why this rule of not eating at hotels, restaurants etc.

Ans. Whenever any human being touch food then he transfers his  vibrations into that food (vibrations can be positive like happiness, satisfaction etc or negative like anger , greed, revenge etc).

The staff which usually cooks food for selling purpose at hotels, restaurants etc  is not aware of such logics nor is he concerned about these topics. So  when the staff is cooking food under pressure of any kind like fear of employer or  revenge from his enemy or greed for money or dissatisfaction in life because of lack of money etc. Then such vibrations are passed on to the person who eats such food. That is why this rule is applied. Rest at beginners level this is not  compulsory.
